Our coaching programs are designed to achieve learning outcomes and result in learning transfer to day-to-day work activities through our just-in-time learning approach.

 

Just-in-time learning helps employees retain the knowledge and sustain the new learned behavior as it is relevant to what the employee is currently facing in the workplace. 

Our coaching programs follow two formats:

 

  • Cadenced Coaching Programs
  • Ad-Hoc Coaching Programs

OUR COACHING PROGRAMS

cADENCED COACHING pROGRAMS

bCOACHED Coaching Services

Cadenced Coaching Programs consist of employees meeting with their designated coach in a set frequency over a 3 – 12 month period.

 

The company sets the frequency to either twice per month or unlimited and defines the duration of the coaching engagement.  In most cases, we recommend at least 4 months.

 

We offer two Cadenced Coaching programs that can be optionally paired with Directed Theme Based Coaching:

 

  • One-to-One Coaching
  • Team or Group Coaching

ONE-to-ONE
COACHING

Employees are matched with a dedicated coach based on their professional development goals.

 

 

The following features are available:

 

  • Employee-coach matching
  •  45-minute coaching sessions
  • Post coaching session feedback/rating
  • Mentoring (optional)
  • 360 Assessment (optional)

Team or group
COACHING

A team or a cross-functional group of employees are coached together as a cohort on a specific theme by a dedicated coach.

 

Each cohort consists of 6-9 employees.  The sessions are 90 minutes.

 

Typical themes include:

 

  • Moving from start-up to scale-up
  • Fearless female leadership
  • Emerging as new leaders

GuidED THEME BASED
COACHING

Guide employees learnings by supplementing One-to-One and Team/Group Coaching with training activities to perform outside of the coaching sessions.

 

Employees will be given case studies, reflection assignments, readings, and podcasts.  

 

Our growing list of directed coaching themes include:

AD-HOC cOACHING pROGRAM

Our Ad-Hoc Coaching program includes Drop-In coaching that allows employees to “drop-in” for a coaching session when they need additional support for important issues.

 

How does it work?  

 

  1. We will assign a coach, or multiple coaches, to your organization and brief them on your values, structure, and goals.
  2. The coach, or coaches, will allocate several hours each week at time intervals established by your organization.
  3. Employees can schedule a drop-in session through our scheduling system on a first-come, first-served bases.

DROP-IN COACHING

Drop-in coaching broadens access to coaching in your organization.  It can be offered seasonally or year-round to supplement other training initiatives.

 

We recommend Drop-In Coaching for:

 

  • Performance review periods
  • Junior employees
  • Ongoing check-ins post cadenced coaching programs

TRACKING & mONITORING

bCOACHED Utilization & Pulse Reports

Our reports monitor employees’ progress and track learning transfer.  This helps us ensure we’re helping your organization and employees meet their goals.

 

Our reports are comprised of the following categories:

STANDARD REPORTS

Standard Reports are included in all coaching programs to give an overview of employee progress and learning.

 

The Standard Reports include:

 

  • Employee deidentified utilization report
  • Pre-training/coaching program knowledge survey
  • Post-session learning and satisfaction survey
  •  Post-training/coaching program knowledge survey

pULSE REPORTS

Gain additional insights into overarching challenges and favorable conditions affecting the larger organization through monthly pulse reports.

 

The coaches assigned to your organization will identify trends and issues impacting employees and your organization’s culture.

Organizations have used the insights from Pulse Reports to:

  • Perform root-cause analysis
  • Implement processes and tools to improve productivity and wellbeing in scale-ups
  • Roll-out manager training on identifying the early signs of burn-out
