We are a network of talented coaches and professionals who write engaging stories, develop practical how-to guides, and provide bespoke coaching or workshops that increase members’ insight and give new ideas to solving challenging problems.
Danielle Francis
Co-Founder &
Head of Operations
Danielle Francis is passionate about helping growing teams and companies achieving their goals.
Prior to becoming a coach, she worked more than a decade in strategic positions and founded a startup. She holds Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration degrees from top universities. Not only is she a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation, but also holds a Neuro-Linguistic Programing (NLP) Core Skills diploma.
Danielle also lectures at a local university on entrepreneurship and innovation.
Meg Zirger
Co-Founder &
Head of Learning Science
Leading learning science and co-founding bCOACHED, Meg is redefining workplace learning. Her journey began with a key observation: traditional methods often fail to translate to real job improvement. This ignited the creation of bCOACHED, where she designs data-driven learning solutions with true business impact.
Meg, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF, leverages her expertise in learning science and talent management to craft impactful coaching and learning solutions that help fast growing teams thrive.
