The following features are available with our coaching programs:
Cadenced Coaching Programs consist of employees meeting with their designated coach in a set frequency over a 3 – 12 month period.
The company sets the frequency to either twice per month or unlimited and defines the duration of the coaching engagement. In most cases, we recommend at least 4 months.
We offer two Cadenced Coaching programs that can be optionally paired with Directed Theme Based Coaching:
Employees are matched with a dedicated coach based on their professional development goals.
The following features are available:
A team or a cross-functional group of employees are coached together as a cohort on a specific theme by a dedicated coach.
Each cohort consists of 6-9 employees. The sessions are 90 minutes.

Guide employees learnings by supplementing One-to-One and Team/Group Coaching with training activities to perform outside of the coaching sessions.
