one-on-one coaching

Dedicated and structured coaching to help your employees quickly scale their skills.  Employees are matched with one coach whom they will meet 2 – 3 times per month to work towards defined goals.   Examples of goals include:

drop-in coaching

Ad-hoc coaching that provides support to your employees when they need it.  Designated coaches post their available time slots and employees can book a session when needed (in a manner similar to “office hours”). 

 

This coaching framework broadens employee access to coaching while also supporting them on their development journey.  These just-in-time coaching sessions cover topics such as:

Team coaching

A dedicated coach will coach your internal teams or company-wide cohort on a specific topic in a series of group coaching sessions.  Teams or cohorts grow together and learn from each others’ perspectives as they actively development themselves and work towards a defined goal.

We collaborate with you to curate a development program that delivers results.  Our coaches are not only certified, but on average have 7 years of professional experience outside of coaching.

 

We explore your team and organizational needs to define the goals and success metrics.

Coaches are selected based on your goals and assigned to your coaching program. They are then briefed on your company's values and objectives.

Employees review the coaches profiles and select a coach.

Coaching begins and they meet 2-3 times per month for the specified duration.
